Why taste

Taste is the last true edge.

The machines have made output free. When everyone can fill the feed, filling it is worth nothing. What’s scarce is judgement: knowing what to serve and what to leave in the kitchen.

Ours came from broadcast, where the audience had a remote control and no patience. Understand the audience, earn their attention, make them feel something, and make the commercial outcome impossible to ignore. A BAFTA along the way suggests it works.
